Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and review candidates, conducting phone interviews and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific position needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring standards and practices
Required Qualifications
- Experience in conducting phone screenings and managing candidate pipelines
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management tools
- Background in supporting multi-location or franchise organizations is a plus
- Experience with diversity recruiting initiatives is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of interviewing best practices and hiring compliance standards
