Talent Acquisition Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and review candidates, conducting phone interviews and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific position needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring standards and practices

Required Qualifications

• Experience in conducting phone screenings and managing candidate pipelines
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management tools
• Background in supporting multi-location or franchise organizations is a plus
• Experience with diversity recruiting initiatives is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of interviewing best practices and hiring compliance standards
