Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and provide guidance on compensation and benefits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
- Experience in transactional HR support roles, preferably in high-volume environments
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (SAP) and data-driven decision-making
