A company is looking for an Onboarding Systems Analyst to optimize recruitment and onboarding workflows for service partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality Service Partner pools through collaboration with Operations teams
• Optimize recruitment workflows to enhance Service Partner quality and reduce activation time
• Manage and enhance workflows in the applicant tracking system to improve onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Fountain
• Ability to implement automation and process improvements in onboarding
• Understanding of gig workforce dynamics and operational considerations
• Quick adaptability to new software and systems
