Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality Service Partner pools through collaboration with Operations teams
- Optimize recruitment workflows to enhance Service Partner quality and reduce activation time
- Manage and enhance workflows in the applicant tracking system to improve onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Fountain
- Ability to implement automation and process improvements in onboarding
- Understanding of gig workforce dynamics and operational considerations
- Quick adaptability to new software and systems
