Job Summary
A company is looking for a Reasonable Accommodations Specialist to support the USAID in managing reasonable accommodation requests and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and evaluate USAID's Reasonable Accommodation program in compliance with applicable laws
- Analyze RA requests and provide recommendations based on legal and policy guidance
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and case resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Law, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of HR, EEO, or related experience, with direct management of reasonable accommodation cases
- Strong knowledge of the Rehabilitation Act, ADA, and federal EEO laws
- Experience coordinating across multiple offices and managing confidential information
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
