A company is looking for a Formal Equal Opportunity (EEO) Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead investigator and case manager for formal EEO complaints, ensuring compliance with MD-110
- Provide expert technical advice to senior management on complaint trends and systemic barriers
- Monitor and evaluate the formal complaints program, preparing agency submissions for EEOC reporting requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Law, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR or EEO experience, including management of reasonable accommodation cases
- Strong knowledge of the Rehabilitation Act, ADA, and federal EEO laws and regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
