A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join a high-tech SaaS client, responsible for enhancing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and develop full cycle hiring strategies
- Source and prescreen candidates, facilitating the interview process and managing candidate experience
- Drive offer approvals, extensions, negotiations, and identify closing strategies for offers
Required Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably for business positions
- Proven ability to assess talent beyond CV/resume keywords
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Metrics and data-driven approach to recruitment
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
