Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Administrator, HR Generalist, or similar role
- Knowledge of HR processes, regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in HRIS (Rippling preferred) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
