A company is looking for a Sr Manager - HR Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a global HR compliance strategy
- Partner with legal and HR leaders to draft, implement, and monitor HR policies in accordance with global laws
- Provide strategic oversight for government agency audits and ongoing compliance reviews
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a global HR compliance function, including SOX, OFCCP, EEO & GDPR
- Experience as a people manager
- Hands-on experience with HR technology and data analytics
- Experience working on global HR projects across multiple teams
- HRCI or SHRM certification preferred
