Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager - HR Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a global HR compliance strategy
• Partner with legal and HR leaders to draft, implement, and monitor HR policies in accordance with global laws
• Provide strategic oversight for government agency audits and ongoing compliance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading a global HR compliance function, including SOX, OFCCP, EEO & GDPR
• Experience as a people manager
• Hands-on experience with HR technology and data analytics
• Experience working on global HR projects across multiple teams
• HRCI or SHRM certification preferred
