Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the global benefits strategy, ensuring competitiveness and cost management
- Evaluate and design localized benefits plans in alignment with cultural norms and statutory requirements
- Serve as the primary contact for benefits brokers and vendors, negotiating relationships for optimal service and value
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in benefits management, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience managing global benefits programs in a high-growth technology or startup environment
- Proven ability to design and execute benefits strategies, particularly in evolving funding models
- Deep understanding of U.S. benefits regulations and familiarity with international benefits structures
- Strong project management skills with experience implementing benefits changes across diverse teams
