Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in benefits program administration in a multi-state/global organization
- Experience managing employee leaves of absence, including disability and FMLA
- Knowledge of benefits compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Experience supporting vendor relationships and performing benefits audits
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build partnerships across teams
