Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end technical recruiting process for Engineering, Product, and Design roles
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes using data-driven insights and manage candidate experiences
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on senior-level Engineering roles
- Experience in high-growth, startup environments preferred
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Based in NYC with availability to work in-office 4 days per week
