A company is looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end technical recruiting process for Engineering, Product, and Design roles
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit
• Continuously optimize recruitment processes using data-driven insights and manage candidate experiences

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on senior-level Engineering roles
• Experience in high-growth, startup environments preferred
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Based in NYC with availability to work in-office 4 days per week
