  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of development programs and inform strategies for improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related HR function
  • Proficient in analyzing talent data using tools like Power BI, Excel, or Tableau
  • Experience with HRIS, LMS, and digital learning platforms
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
