Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related HR function
- Proficient in analyzing talent data using tools like Power BI, Excel, or Tableau
- Experience with HRIS, LMS, and digital learning platforms
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
