A company is looking for a Leave Management Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle leave administration for assigned clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR and benefits teams, managers, and employees
- Provide expert guidance and support for leave of absence inquiries and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing leave of absence administration for mid to large companies
- Experience working with various clients, including C-level executives
- Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations related to leaves
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel, and experience with leave management systems
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish is a plus
