Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for staff supporting VA task orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new staff joining VA task orders
- Track and manage the submission of all required onboarding documentation
- Communicate with incoming staff to ensure completion of onboarding requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or administrative support roles
- Experience with the VA onboarding process
- Experience coordinating onboarding or administrative processes in a government or contracting environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
