Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation & Equity Operations Associate to support their People team in managing compensation and equity programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with system setup, data entry, and user support for compensation platforms
- Review and process team member changes such as promotions and pay adjustments
- Help administer quarterly incentive programs, including data collection and payout processing
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of compensation experience required
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations preferred
- Hands-on experience with ADP required
- Understanding of compensation and/or equity programs
- High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation software
