Key Responsibilities:

- Coach executives to maintain high performance and foster a strong culture
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP role
- Experience partnering with C-level and VP+ leaders in relevant functions
- Proven success in leading organizational scaling and transformational change
- Expertise in core HR areas such as org design and talent planning
- Familiarity with SaaS or platform business models is a plus
