Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations processes globally, addressing complex issues and ensuring compliance with local laws
- Organize culture activities and implement employee engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture
- Oversee benefits administration, ensuring compliance and serving as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations and benefits administration
- Experience managing HR processes across multiple countries, especially the US, Canada, and the UK/South Africa
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations in various jurisdictions
- Proven experience in organizing culture and engagement initiatives
- Professional HR certification (SHRM or equivalent) is preferred
