Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Partner: Employee Relations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations processes globally, addressing complex issues and ensuring compliance with local laws
  • Organize culture activities and implement employee engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture
  • Oversee benefits administration, ensuring compliance and serving as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations and benefits administration
  • Experience managing HR processes across multiple countries, especially the US, Canada, and the UK/South Africa
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations in various jurisdictions
  • Proven experience in organizing culture and engagement initiatives
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM or equivalent) is preferred
