Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deputy Human Resources Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for HR operations and lead critical projects
- Oversee daily operations of the Job Evaluation, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition Team and the Organizational Development and Employee Engagement team
- Develop policies and programs, and establish trusted relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Nine years of relevant experience in a related field, with two years in operations, legal analysis, or policy
- A combination of education and experience in Business, Human Resources, or related fields totaling nine years, with two years in relevant areas
- Preferred experience in government agencies or public institutions
- Preferred Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or related discipline
- Professional certifications in human resources such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are preferred
