Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Lever ATS, focusing on system optimization and user adoption
- Develop and manage comprehensive implementation roadmaps and timelines for TA initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Talent Acquisition with at least 5 years in program/project management
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building reporting frameworks
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition processes and recruitment best practices
- Experience working across multiple regions and cultures
