Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to help grow a strong team and build scalable HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding check-ins, feedback sessions, and wellbeing assessments
- Organize and facilitate Performance Reviews and support managers in providing feedback
- Develop and implement KPI/OKR systems and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an HRBP, HRD, or HRG in a digital, product, or IT company
- Ability to build partnerships with the business and engage in tough conversations
- Experience in developing HR processes aligned with business goals
- Familiarity with performance processes, IDPs, and development programs
- Fluent in English at C1 level; experience in crypto or Web3 environments is a bonus
