Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize the Workday Human Capital Management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday HCM system
  • Ensure seamless integration between Workday and other systems, utilizing EIBs for data flow
  • Lead Workday-related projects, including system testing and deployment of new features


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Four or more years of experience administering Workday HR modules
  • Four or more years of experience supporting Human Resources and payroll processes within Workday
  • In-depth knowledge of integrations, EIBs, and reporting within Workday
  • Ability to lead projects and manage timelines in a dynamic team environment
