Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the General Counsel to enhance employee experience and implement HR strategies
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, and oversee performance appraisal systems
- Administer HR policies and maintain HRIS data integrity
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant human resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a closely related field
- Experience in handling complex employee relations issues
- HRIS proficiency and strong technical competency
- Preferred: SHRM-CP or PHR certification
