Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead workforce planning and talent forecasting exercises in partnership with leadership
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting teams
- Proven ability to scale recruiting in a fast-growing organization
- Experience with TA tech stack and data-driven recruiting
- Deep understanding of compliance and employment legislation
