Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of labor relations strategy, including negotiations and relationship management with union leadership
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on complex labor relations issues and manage related projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and represent the company in labor disputes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 6+ years of experience in Labor Relations and labor law compliance
- Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of industry trends in labor law
- Ability to build trust and influence across multiple organizational levels
- Experience managing labor relations in a multi-site or national organization is preferred
