A company is looking for a Senior Director of Labor Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of labor relations strategy, including negotiations and relationship management with union leadership
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on complex labor relations issues and manage related projects and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and represent the company in labor disputes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 6+ years of experience in Labor Relations and labor law compliance
  • Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of industry trends in labor law
  • Ability to build trust and influence across multiple organizational levels
  • Experience managing labor relations in a multi-site or national organization is preferred
