Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Services Representative II, responsible for providing specialized HR support and handling escalated inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and manage incoming escalation calls from Tier 1 representatives and internal customers
  • Process complex transactions and resolve critical issues accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor work queues and work independently while maintaining a positive attitude with customers
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two (2) years or more in a functional service area required
  • Two (2) years or more relevant work experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office environment at an intermediate level required
  • Ability to work flexible hours during high-volume periods
