Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Services Representative II, responsible for providing specialized HR support and handling escalated inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage incoming escalation calls from Tier 1 representatives and internal customers
- Process complex transactions and resolve critical issues accurately and efficiently
- Monitor work queues and work independently while maintaining a positive attitude with customers
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two (2) years or more in a functional service area required
- Two (2) years or more relevant work experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office environment at an intermediate level required
- Ability to work flexible hours during high-volume periods
