Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, focusing on high-volume and/or IT recruiting
- Familiarity with IT support roles such as service desk and desktop support
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools
- Knowledge of Canadian employment practices and U.S. hiring processes
