- Support HRBPs in performance management and workplace investigations
- Assist in executing organizational change initiatives and improving HR processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR experience, focusing on employee relations, performance management, or compliance
- Experience with HR investigations, documentation, and case management
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance best practices
- Experience with HR systems and data analytics tools
- Previous experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus
