Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Systems Analyst with expertise in Workday Payroll, Compensation, and Time Tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, test, and maintain Workday Payroll, Compensation, and Time Tracking modules, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements
- Act as a functional lead for Workday Payroll, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with labor laws
- Lead testing efforts for Payroll, Compensation, and Time Tracking, validating calculations and system functionality
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Workday experience focused on Payroll, Compensation, and/or Time Tracking
- Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, business process design, and reporting
- Experience supporting Americas payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs, calculated fields, and security configuration
- Proficiency in Workday reporting tools and data extraction techniques
