Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Systems Analyst with expertise in Workday Payroll, Compensation, and Time Tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, test, and maintain Workday Payroll, Compensation, and Time Tracking modules, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a functional lead for Workday Payroll, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with labor laws
  • Lead testing efforts for Payroll, Compensation, and Time Tracking, validating calculations and system functionality
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Workday experience focused on Payroll, Compensation, and/or Time Tracking
  • Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, business process design, and reporting
  • Experience supporting Americas payroll regulations and compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs, calculated fields, and security configuration
  • Proficiency in Workday reporting tools and data extraction techniques
