A company is looking for an Executive and Equity Compensation Manager to join their People team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of executive and equity compensation programs
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for executive and equity compensation matters
  • Drive efficiency and compliance by overseeing Compensation Committee meeting preparation and regulatory filings
Required Qualifications
  • A BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation, preferably in executive and equity compensation
  • Expert-level analytical skills in Google Sheets or similar for data analysis and scenario modeling
  • Deep understanding of the design and structure of executive and equity plans
  • Experience with equity budgeting and dilution analysis
