Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of executive and equity compensation programs
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for executive and equity compensation matters
- Drive efficiency and compliance by overseeing Compensation Committee meeting preparation and regulatory filings
Required Qualifications
- A BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation, preferably in executive and equity compensation
- Expert-level analytical skills in Google Sheets or similar for data analysis and scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of the design and structure of executive and equity plans
- Experience with equity budgeting and dilution analysis
