Seasonal Regional Organizing Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for Fall 2025 Regional Organizing Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and screen applicants for Community Organizers
• Manage and lead a team of up to 10 Organizers, fostering a supportive team culture
• Ensure timely data entry and maintain regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum experience in management
• Ability to manage large-scale trainings and team coordination
• Experience in monitoring and evaluating organizing approaches and best practices
• Existing relationships in key states or fluency in a second language is a plus
• Availability to work the full week before the November election
