Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative support in the Human Resources office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personnel transactions, including hiring, onboarding, and separations for various employee categories
- Track and maintain accurate HR data and prepare HR metrics and reports
- Respond to inquiries regarding HR processes and serve as a liaison between HR and college departments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably in HR or higher education
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn HRIS systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
