Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter (National) to manage recruitment efforts for finance, accounting, IT, and HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, and candidate preparation
• Submit vetted candidates to account managers for temporary/project and direct-hire opportunities
• Maintain detailed candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System and support national delivery efforts

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a mix of staffing agency and corporate recruiting
• Demonstrated success placing professionals in finance, accounting, IT, and HR roles
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries and geographies, from staff to executive level
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Ability to manage 7-10 active searches simultaneously
