Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter (National) to manage recruitment efforts for finance, accounting, IT, and HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, and candidate preparation
- Submit vetted candidates to account managers for temporary/project and direct-hire opportunities
- Maintain detailed candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System and support national delivery efforts
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a mix of staffing agency and corporate recruiting
- Demonstrated success placing professionals in finance, accounting, IT, and HR roles
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries and geographies, from staff to executive level
- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Ability to manage 7-10 active searches simultaneously
