Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including high-volume screening and scheduling coordination
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels to maintain active talent pipelines and collaborate on job postings
- Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in recruiting within a B2B SaaS startup or multi-product SaaS environment
- Resourceful and able to quickly learn new roles and industries
- Self-starter mindset with sound judgment and a bias toward action
- Passion for recruitment and talent strategy with a commitment to candidate care
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse
