Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence & ADA Administrator to manage employee leaves and accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle confidential employee issues related to benefits, leaves of absence, and ADA accommodations
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and process leave documentation accordingly
- Collaborate with various departments to support leave-related projects and serve as a subject matter expert
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in leave and accommodation management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with AbsenceTracker and Workday is a plus
- High stress tolerance and professionalism when handling sensitive situations
- Media industry experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently within prescribed guidelines
