Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence & ADA Administrator to manage employee leaves and accommodations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle confidential employee issues related to benefits, leaves of absence, and ADA accommodations
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and process leave documentation accordingly
  • Collaborate with various departments to support leave-related projects and serve as a subject matter expert


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in leave and accommodation management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with AbsenceTracker and Workday is a plus
  • High stress tolerance and professionalism when handling sensitive situations
  • Media industry experience is preferred
  • Ability to work independently within prescribed guidelines
