Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to provide HR advisory services to nonprofit partners focused on social justice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Serve as a trusted coach to project leaders and support the development of new HR offerings
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and job description approvals to ensure compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of progressive HR experience or 8 years of relevant experience managing all facets of HR
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or organizational development; Master's degree preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in the social/nonprofit sector preferred
- Experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex organization
