Key Responsibilities
- Conduct organizational analysis and contribute to HR and talent management objectives
- Manage implementation and administration of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Lead compliance efforts and support project operations through data management and auditing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- 5-7 years of related professional experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics and/or HR information systems
- Minimum of 2-3 years of leadership/management experience
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools
