A company is looking for a Human Resources PMO Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational analysis and contribute to HR and talent management objectives
• Manage implementation and administration of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Lead compliance efforts and support project operations through data management and auditing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• 5-7 years of related professional experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics and/or HR information systems
• Minimum of 2-3 years of leadership/management experience
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools
