Key Responsibilities
- Lead and align the people strategy with executive leadership to define talent strategy and organizational design
- Oversee core People functions, including HR operations, employee relations, and talent acquisition
- Develop strategies to enhance employee experience, engagement, and culture across the organization
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within People/HR
- Extensive experience in employee relations and performance management
- Proven success in scaling HR functions in startup or high-growth environments
- Experience supporting a diverse workforce, including both salaried and hourly employees
- A builder's mindset with a grounded approach to leadership
