Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People Experience to lead their people and culture function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and align the people strategy with executive leadership to define talent strategy and organizational design
  • Oversee core People functions, including HR operations, employee relations, and talent acquisition
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee experience, engagement, and culture across the organization
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within People/HR
  • Extensive experience in employee relations and performance management
  • Proven success in scaling HR functions in startup or high-growth environments
  • Experience supporting a diverse workforce, including both salaried and hourly employees
  • A builder's mindset with a grounded approach to leadership
