A company is looking for a Contract Talent Partner to support corporate recruiting efforts across all disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key corporate roles across various departments
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in both agency and corporate recruiting
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday is preferred
