Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and recruitment activities
  • Assist with offer processes and pre-onboarding activities
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or a related administrative role
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset
