Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive plans
- Oversee the strategic design and administration of benefits and wellness programs
- Build and maintain robust people analytics to support data-driven decisions across all People functions
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Total Rewards and People Operations, including executive compensation in a publicly traded company
- Experience supporting Compensation Committees and engaging with board-level stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and HRIS systems
- Familiarity with SEC regulations and proxy disclosure
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
