Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director, Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive plans
  • Oversee the strategic design and administration of benefits and wellness programs
  • Build and maintain robust people analytics to support data-driven decisions across all People functions
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in Total Rewards and People Operations, including executive compensation in a publicly traded company
  • Experience supporting Compensation Committees and engaging with board-level stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and HRIS systems
  • Familiarity with SEC regulations and proxy disclosure
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
