Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer for various roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles
• Source candidates and build a strong pipeline across multiple functions

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and reporting templates
• Experience sourcing and hiring for corporate and technical roles
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
