Key Responsibilities
- Own system configuration across Workday, ensuring alignment with internal standards and best practices
- Conduct routine data and system health audits to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, implementing system fixes or enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR systems, HRIS administration, or People Technology roles
- Functional knowledge of Workday, with hands-on experience in at least one core module
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving Tier 2 system issues independently
- Comfort navigating and manipulating HR data for auditing and reporting purposes
- Strong organizational skills and documentation practices
