Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process for Center Administrator roles and other positions as needed
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and enhance employer branding initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1 year focused on clinical leadership recruitment
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting C-suite, VP, and Director-level candidates
- Extensive experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital recruitment tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to hiring and executive recruitment
