Key Responsibilities
- Support people leaders by providing guidance and coaching to enhance team development
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and interpreting company policies
- Assist with key HR initiatives and projects that contribute to the overall enterprise
Required Qualifications and Education
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with multiple client groups
- Extensive experience with corrective/disciplinary action practices
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states
- Formal education preferred (Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field)
- Training and/or certification as a coach preferred
