Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support its national expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Proactively source and attract passive candidates using creative strategies and referral networks
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to align on role requirements and improve recruiting strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth environment
• Proven success in sourcing and closing passive candidates
• Solution-centric mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
• Experience using an ATS (preferably Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Recruiter
• Background in healthcare, startup, or agency recruiting is a plus
