Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Proactively source and attract passive candidates using creative strategies and referral networks
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to align on role requirements and improve recruiting strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth environment
- Proven success in sourcing and closing passive candidates
- Solution-centric mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Experience using an ATS (preferably Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Recruiter
- Background in healthcare, startup, or agency recruiting is a plus
