Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and consult with managers on organizational design, talent development, and performance culture
• Build relationships with managers to support their roles and enhance employee experience
• Oversee and resolve employee relations issues through investigations and policy interpretation

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of Human Resources experience in the tech industry
• Experience working with Tech and GTM teams in a digital-first environment
• Skilled in performance management best practices and employee relations
• Familiarity with people analytics and HRIS systems
