Key Responsibilities
- Advise and consult with managers on organizational design, talent development, and performance culture
- Build relationships with managers to support their roles and enhance employee experience
- Oversee and resolve employee relations issues through investigations and policy interpretation
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience in the tech industry
- Experience working with Tech and GTM teams in a digital-first environment
- Skilled in performance management best practices and employee relations
- Familiarity with people analytics and HRIS systems
