Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner to senior sales leaders, advising on organizational design and workforce planning
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support sales growth and improve productivity
- Manage complex employee relations issues and support performance management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a business partner role supporting a sales organization
- Strong understanding of sales operations and performance drivers
- Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
