A company is looking for a Health Insurance Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes for a dedicated client
- Resolve health insurance-related matters by collaborating with insurance carriers and client team members
- Track communications and activities, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration or related fields
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA) preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and eligibility measurement systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools
