Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter (National) to manage recruitment efforts across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, and candidate preparation
  • Submit vetted candidates to account managers for temporary/project and direct-hire opportunities
  • Maintain detailed candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System and contribute to the scalability of the Recruiting and Staffing Platform
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, with a mix of staffing agency and corporate exposure
  • Demonstrated success in placing professionals in finance, accounting, IT, and HR roles
  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries and geographies, from staff to executive level
  • Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
  • Ability to manage 7-10 active searches simultaneously in various stages of execution
