Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Onboarding Representative to manage and execute the employee onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute onboarding activities for new hires, including background checks and document management
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure completion of necessary HR paperwork
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires, providing support and answering questions throughout the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent in a related field; SHRM Certification preferred
- At least three years of HR-related experience required
- Knowledgeable in human resources best practices and employment laws
- Experience with virtual onboarding processes and tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS
